Customization & Design Approval
- Customers must provide clear specifications for custom designs.
- A digital preview (if applicable) will be shared before production for approval.
- Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Production & Delivery
- Standard production time varies based on order complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided.
- Delivery is subject to location availability and logistics. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
- Installation services are available upon request and may have additional charges.
Warranty & Support
- We offer a 2-year warranty on select products covering manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors like weather conditions.
- After-sales support is available for maintenance and minor repairs.
Returns & Replacements
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Any claims regarding defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
- If eligible, we will provide a replacement or repair as per company policy.
Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for incorrect installation if done by a third party.
- Color variations may occur due to screen differences and material limitations.
