   • Delivery is subject to location availability and logistics. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
   • Installation services are available upon request and may have additional charges.

4. Warranty & Support

   • We offer a 2-year warranty on select products covering manufacturing defects.
   • Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors like weather conditions.

5. Returns & Replacements

   • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
   • Any claims regarding defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
